Application Provider Support

• Insurance Buffalo acknowledges its role in providing tools and features within the Insurance Buffalo application to assist you in collecting and managing client consent effectively.
• Insurance Buffalo implements robust data security measures within the application to protect client data as it is processed and stored.

Compliance with Data Protection Regulations

• Both Insurance Buffalo and you will comply with all applicable data protection regulations in relation to data processing activities conducted through the Insurance Buffalo application.
• Insurance Buffalo will regularly review and update the application to align with evolving data protection laws and best practices.

Records and Documentation

• You will maintain accurate records of all data processing activities conducted within the Insurance Buffalo application, including client consent records, and ensure that these records are kept in accordance with applicable laws.
• Insurance Buffalo will provide features and tools within the application to assist you in documenting and managing data processing activities.

Mutual Cooperation
