Cancellation and Refund Policy
Thank you for or subscribing to our services at Insurance Buffalo.
We allow you to end your subscription at any given time. The cancellation will go into effect after the end of your active subscription period. We will retain your account data for 30 day after expiry of your subscription period. In that period you may renew your subscription and gain access again. Past that time there is no way to restore your data. At that point even we will have no access to your data anymore.
We do not provide refunds, except in the following circumstance:
- Unavailability of our services due to our fault (e.g. server downtime) for at least 7 days in the annual subscription and 3 days in the monthly subscription.
