    • Can I test the system for free?

    • If I subscribe during the trial, will I get the full trial period?

      Yes. The first 30 days are always free, regardless at which point you decide to subscribe.

    • Is my Credit Card information safe?

    • How can I pay? Which payment methods do you accept?
      We accept the following credit cards:
      • American Express (except Brazil, India, and Malaysia)
      • Mastercard
      • Visa
    • Will your prices ever change?

      We understand that pricing is an important factor for our customers, and we want to be transparent about our policies. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but we will always notify you well in advance if there are any changes that will affect your current package. However, even if we change the prices, your current package will not be affected until the end of your current payment period. We believe in treating our customers fairly and with respect, and we want to make sure that you always know what you’re paying for.

  • Signup, Login and Security
    • It seems I entered my password wrong a few times. I am now locked out. What can I do?

      We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. For security reasons, your account has been locked for a little over two hours. Please wait until this time has passed before attempting to log in again. Please note that every attempt to log in during this time will reset the clock, so it’s best to wait until the lockout period has ended before trying again.

      If you’re still unable to log in after the lockout period has ended, please double-check that you’re entering your password correctly. Remember that passwords are case-sensitive, so make sure that you’re using the correct capitalization. Also, try typing your password character by character instead of copying and pasting it, as unwanted characters may be included when pasting.

    • I forgot my username. Can I restore it?

      No worries! Restoring your username is easy peasy. All you need is the email address associated with your account. Simply head on over to the "Recover Your Username" page, enter your email address and hit "Request Username". Check your inbox for an email from us with your username. The process should only take a moment, so you'll be back to accessing your account in no time. Restoring your username won't cost you a dime. So go ahead and breathe a sigh of relief, because you've got this!.

    • How do I know whether my data is secure with Insurance Buffalo?

    • Which system requirements are there to use Insurance Buffalo?

      Here the technical specifications you should meet.

      Internet

      Due to the handling of considerable amounts of data we recommend at least a 3G connection. A stable 4G connection or better is recommended.

      Software

      Most modern browsers will run our system flawlessly. We recommend these browers:
      Vivaldi


      At least version 4.0.

      Firefox


      At least version 90.

      Edge


      At least version 90.

      Chrome


      At least version 90.

      The system requires that JavaScript is enabled. On most systems this is the default setting and probably nothing to worry about.

      Please note that we do not support Internet Explorer anymore.

      Hardware

      We made sure that you can access our system on all modern devices. It doesn't matter whether on a large screen (like a PC screen, TV or a laptop), a tablet or a smart phone.

      Your device should run one of the following operating systems:

      • Windows 8 (or higher)
      • Android 8 (or higher)
      • iOS 11 (or higher)
      • macOS Sierra, 10.12 (or higher)
      • A recent Linux distro

      Older devices might work. We trust that you understand that we cannot provide support for these anymore.

    • Can I import existing client data into the system?

      Absolutely. This feature is designed to simplify the transition and ensure that your historical client records are readily available within the system. Whether you have data in spreadsheets, databases, we will import the data for you. There is no need need for manual data entry. The method of import depends on the format the data exists in.

    • Does the system provide tools for categorizing and segmenting clients based on specific criteria?

      The system offers robust tools for efficiently managing and organizing client data. You can easily add, update, and categorize client records, including addresses, contact details, and notes, making client data management a breeze. Additionally, powerful search and filtering tools help you find clients quickly based on various criteria.
